Dirty Martini, the Greek way

Ingredients

For the cocktail

1 serving

• 75 ml Tsipouro

• 30 ml dry Vermouth

• 15 ml feta cheese brine (olive brine)

• 4 splashes Angostura bitters

Garnish: 2 to 4 olives

Instructions

Add the Tsipouro, vermouth, the Angostura bitters, and feta cheese (or olive) brine to a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a skewer of olives.
