Cocktail Recipe

• 60 ml vodka

• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) triple sec, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier

• 15 ml fresh lime juice

• 30 ml rhubarb soda

• Garnish: rosemary, thin slices of dehydrated rhubarb, dehydrated lime

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add vodka, triple sec, and lime juice.

Shake the cocktail shaker for about 30 seconds until well chilled. Then, strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with rosemary, a slice of dehydrated lime, and a flower of dehydrated rhubarb.
