Brioche with ice cream
Recipe
1 thick slice of sourdough bread
1 tablespoon organic unsalted butter
1-2 tablespoons kumquat jam
1 big spoonful of vanilla ice cream
Garnish: white chocolate crumbs, a couple of edible petals (optional)
Instructions
Spread the butter on the sourdough brioche bread, add the kumquat jam (or any other high-quality jam), and top with a generous spoonful of vanilla ice cream. For the garnish, sprinkle some white chocolate crumbs and a couple of edible petals.
