Espresso Martini with kumquat and hazelnut syrup 🍸🍊

Cocktail Recipe

1 serving

• 30 ml espresso or cold brew coffee

• 60 ml ounces vodka

• 30 ml coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa

• 15 ml hazelnut syrup

Garnish: coffee beans, thin slices of kumquat, or instant espresso

Instructions

If using espresso, prepare and let it cool to room temperature, or refrigerate before using. Place a martini glass in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 5 minutes to chill.

1. Place the espresso or cold brew coffee, add the vodka, the coffee liqueur, and the hazelnut syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add enough ice to fill the shaker halfway. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously until very cold and the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds. Pour through a strainer into the martini glass and garnish if desired.
